when i graduated from undergrad, i was around 22. between that time and enrolling into graduate school, i was employed full-time and no benefits. but luckily, when i enrolled back into school, i was able to get back onto my parents' insurance because around that time was when one of the first provisions of the affordable care act came into effect. that allowed me to stay on until i was 26. this past june i turned 26, i aged out again.
